Spicy pickled purple cabbage makes a great addition to so many dishes. So delish as topping on your pulled pork bbq sands, fish tacos, hotdogs or to mix in with your favorite salad. Fabulous served warm along side your St. Patricks Day corned beef too.
Fresh purple cabbage is perfect for pickling! Beautiful winter vegetables are still available from some of Skagit’s local produce farms. Enjoy this winter veggie all spring and summer long.
